How to make an appointment

There are various methods by which an appointment can be booked.

We are trialling a Total Triage model. If you would like a GP appointment please complete a PATCHs request, if possible, stating the nature of your problem and your availability to be contacted. This can be used for urgent or non urgent appointments. A clinical member of the team will respond to your request the same day. if received before 11am, and book you in with one of the GPs as appropriate.

PATCHS

Patients can use the PATCHS software to book for an appointment.  The site also provides information on other services. Please ensure you click on the Clinical option if you need an appointment. The Admin option is reviewed by non clinicians and they cannot book an appointment through this option. You can register via this link https://patchs.ai/practice/parkviewsurgery

By Phone

Patients are able to call on 020 8573 7674 to book an appointment over the phone. Please note that our telephone lines can be busy. We will still triage your request as above so there is no need to call at 8am.

Failure to Attend for Appointment

The Practice takes a very serious view of Patients not attending for their appointments which are referred to as DNAs (Did Not Attend).  We ask patients to cancel their appointments 12 hours to 24 hours to their appointment time to enable the practice to offer the appointment to another patient. You can also cancel by contact us via PATCHS.

Patients are notified when appointments are missed.  If patients miss appointments 3 times in 12 months without good reason, the patient could be de-registered.
