GP Appointments – triage scheme

Following feedback from patients,  all requests for a GP appointment will be triaged by a member of the clinical team, so that those who need to be seen most urgently will be able to be seen on the same day. All clinical requests received on PATCHS by 11am will be reviewed and dealt with on the same day. Those received after 11am will be dealt with the next working day.  If you are unable to use PATCHS, contact the Surgery and one of the reception team will try to help you. Dr Mehta and Dr Stera
