Cancelling your appointments

If a patient is unable to attend for an appointment, please contact the surgery as soon as possible to let us know.

This can be done by calling the surgery and choosing the Check or Cancel option. This automatically can cancel the appointment for you without you needing to speak to someone. This option is available 24 hours per day.
