Appointments

Our Clinicians offer telephone and face to face consultations.

We are currently triaging all requests for a GP appointment be they urgent or non urgent. Please submit a PATCHS request if you can. It takes 10 minutes for a a clinician to safely address a clinical problem which is why they may ask you to return if you have more than one thing to discuss. If you have more than one problem or think you will need more time please ask for a double appointment.

Our Practice Nurses provide a range of services such as childhood immunisations, smears, wound dressing chronic disease management and travel advice

Reviews of long term conditions can also be  done by telephone consultation.

EVENING AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE WITH A LOCAL GP OR PRACTICE NURSE. You will soon be able to directly book these but until that service is available please call the surgery and request an EVENING or WEEKEND appointment and we can book it for you.

We now offer online appointments with our GPs, Nurses and Healthcare Assistant

Our Patient Access Online Service enable patients to booking routine appointments, request for repeat prescriptions and view some medical records online.

For above online access, please click on Patients Online Registration Form to download for completion.  Please remember to bring your photo I.D. when you return your application form to the practice to be processed.  To operate our online service you are required to have an email address.

Please do not call with routine enquiries before 9am.

Chaperone

The practice operates a Chaperone service and will encourage all patients to request the clinician they are to see if they want a Chaperone to be present during their consultation.  This is your right – Please ask!
