Autumn Health Hub Provided for Patients

250 patients attended the PCN Autumn Health Hub at The Beck Theatre in Hayes.  We provided 186 blood pressure, height and weight checks. There was a talk on hypertension by the doctor, dietician and pharmacist attended by 38 patients and 13 patients had the NHS App downloaded onto their phone. Several patients at the event asked to join our Patient Participation Group to help the practice develop. We hope those who attended the event enjoyed it and found it useful.
